I am currently in a lawsuit against my mortgage company due to violations of the Truth in Lending Act. I filed the lawsuit in my district court and have stopped the sale of the property. I have been told that it has now gone back to the bank. A day
Yes, they can evict you. These actions are independent of any TILA action you may be pursuing. If you are successful with your TILA case, you would not be just given the home free and clear. You would be compensated for your damages and made whole,

they can evict you yes, but because you are suing them they are probably going to find an excuse to evict you...

if a husband lied to a wife but without any extra marital affair,it was all about an sms that his wife suspect n doubt about him having affair so she trust him later maybe he tellin the truth he said no that he wasnt the one smsing lots n says the girl
The girl in this should have stayed out of the drama when she was told to the first time. As for the husband and wife, sounds like he can't be trusted and they both love drama.
